Returns Policy

The Terms and Conditions of Cutting Edge Technology contained herein were established to explain and define the rights and responsibilities of Cutting Edge Technology, its Independent Distributors, and it's Customers. Each Customer and Independent Distributor agrees, without reservation, to all the terms and conditions contained herein and holds Cutting Edge Technology free from any and all liability that may result from this agreement between the Customer and/or Independent Distributor and Cutting Edge Technology.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

There is no cost to become a Distributor or a Customer. Distributors and Customers have the option of purchasing products from Cutting Edge Technology.

Independent Distributors are also given access to all training materials should they desire to participate in our wholesale business opportunity

There is no long term commitment or timeframe in which a Customer or Distributor must purchase products. Customers and Distributors may cancel their orders at any time according to this cancellation and refund policy for any reason simply by calling 877-809-6555 and speaking to a representative.

Cutting Edge Technology maintains a 48 hr 100% refund policy, including shipping and handling charges. You must cancel your order by phone or email within 48 hrs of placing that order to be eligible for a refund. After the three days has expired, your product will be shipped and you will no longer be eligible for a 100% refund.

If you are unsatisfied with any product for any reason after the 48 hrs has expired, you may ship the unused product back anytime within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the product cost. You will not be reimbursed for the shipping and handling charges.

The same 48 hrs policy applies to the monthly autoship program. If you choose to have your product sent to you every month, you can cancel your autoship order within 48 hrs of the most recent charge and receive a refund for that month's order including shipping and handling.

Refunds are only given if the 48 hrs eligibility requirement is met and if the refund is requested. To request a refund, you must send an email to refunds@cuttingedgetechnologyinc.com including your Cutting Edge Technology username or ID number.

60 Day Challenge Refund Policy

In order to be eligible for your complete refund please complete the following:

1) Call us toll-free at 1-877-809-6555 to secure a return authorization number and a follow up email will be sent including instructions and a short survey that will need to be completed before any merchandise can be returned. Returns without a return authorization number will not be honored.

2) You must take the product as directed (10 drops in 10 ounces of water 2 times a day) for the 60 day period to qualify for the full refund.

3) Provide in an email or fax, a short description of why you are taking the challenge, and what results that you hope to expect from the risk-free trial. Please also provide a short description of how you felt before and after supplementing your diet with Aqua Oxygen. Please provide the number of days that you tried the product, how many drops you took per day and if there were any days that were missed. Customer is to provide an email upon completion of the 1st bottle and also upon completion of the 60 days to 60daytrial@aquaoxygen.com

4) At the end of the 60 day trial please return the empty bottles or partially emptied bottles to our office at Cutting Edge Technology, Inc., 1995 Ironwood Ave, Red Oak Iowa 51566.You're return authorization number must be written on the outside of your package. All returns must be sent back via registered mail (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) so there is a tracking mechanism in place. We also recommend that you make copies of all these receipts in case you need to resubmit

5) All refunds of product cost will be paid via a check issued from Cutting Edge Technology, Inc. payable to the person who placed the order. All returns must be post marked within 5 business days upon completion of the 60 day trial.

Compliance Policy

Cutting Edge Technology may change, alter, add, or detract products and services at any time and for any reason. Cutting Edge Technology reserves the right to terminate a subscriber at any time for violating any of our policies regardless of fault.

All disputes and claims relating to Cutting Edge Technology, this Agreement, the Cutting Edge Technology compensation plan, or its products, the rights and obligations of a Representative and Cutting Edge Technology, or any other claims or causes of action relating to the performance of either a Representative or Cutting Edge Technology under the Agreement or the rules and regulations, and/or a Representative's purchase of products shall be adjudicated totally and finally in the state of Texas, or such other location as Cutting Edge Technology prescribes.

Cutting Edge Technology and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and other representatives shall not be liable for, and the Customer or Distributor hereby releases the foregoing from and waives any claim for loss of profit, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages which may arise out of any claim whatsoever relating to Cutting Edge Technology's performance, non-performance, act, or omission with respect to the business relationship or other matters between the Customer or Distributor and Cutting Edge Technology whether sounding in contract, tort, or strict liability.
